Remember that your abstract file should be readable to a human (no Word files or Tex commands) and should look like this:

(Optional) Author's mailing address:
(Optional) Included ps or eps files:
(Optional) AMS classification number:
(Optional) Other useful information (such as arXive submission number):

Also, the paper itself should be a .dvi file; we don't take submissions in other formats, especially not Word files. If you have included ps figures, the simplest thing to do is to create a .tar or .zip archive file containing all of your files, and upload that.
