Title: A universality theorem for Voevodsky's algebrac cobordism spectrum

Abstract: Let MGL be Voevodsky's algebraic cobordism ring spectrum. We prove
that the set of ring spectrum homomorphisms from MGL to any given
ring spectrum E in the motivic stable homotopy category is isomorphic
to the set of orientations on E. This theorem was originally stated by 
Vezzosi. It is a motivic version of Quillen's theorem on complex cobordism.
